At SStoneway Cab, we strive to offer reliable and customer-friendly travel services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by Travel Company: If the booking is cancelled from our end due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues, customers are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

2. Cancellation by Customer: If the booking is cancelled by the customer, a 10% deduction will be applied to the total amount as a non-refundable charge. The remaining 90% will be refunded to the original mode of payment. Customer needs to make the cancellation before 24hr of the booking day.
3. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days
